Pas a Pas Foundation works on the social and job integration of individuals with intellectual disabilities at risk of exclusion. It is located in La Canonja (Tarragonès) and serves around eighty people.

Pas a Pas Foundation contributes to improving the quality of life of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

We are a social enterprise

  • Pas a Pas Foundation was founded in the Tarragonès region in 1982 with the goal of meeting the life needs of adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • It offers its users occupational therapy activities. 
  • Set up as a Special Work Centre.
  • Since 2017, we have developed a line of business in the field of food: packaging organic nuts which are sold via the MANS Agrosocial. This activity enables us to create jobs meant for people in vulnerable situations.

Nut workshop

Committed to the land and its products, it packages organic nuts in order to offer job opportunities to youths at risk of social exclusion, and it sells them via the MANS Cooperative.

Creative and design studio

The team’s diverse capacities and creativity are pooled together to create unique and extremely attractive designs, which end up being produced in the printing and binding workshops. Finalist in the Design Contest for the image of the Barcelona Town Hall's 2019 International Day of Individuals with Disabilities.
