Exporecerca Jove Award
SCIENCE ACADEMY
This award is given at the Exporecerca Jove event and it consists in participation in Intel ISEF, the largest and most prestigious research job fair for pre-university students in the world.
What is the Exporecerca Jove Award?
The Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation offers the ‘Special Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation Award’ at the Exporecerca Jove event sponsored by MAGMA (Association to Promote Young Research), continuing with its focus on helping talented young scientists attain and foster excellence in the sphere of research.
The award, which has been given out since 2011, consists in participation in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF), the largest research fair for pre-university students and one of the most prestigious in the world.
This award joins the Special Intel award sponsored by Intel since 2011 as well, so that a second research project can participate in the international contest. The exhibition of research projects is held in a different city in the United States every year.
