The Delta's secret paradise

The Alfacada preserve is a wetlands region located on the right bank of the Ebro River near the site known as Gola de Migjorn. In recent decades, the natural space had shrunk with the spread of rice paddies, the crop par excellence in the Delta. This situation has been reversed with the Foundation's acquisition and management of the space.
