From 13 to 16 February, the Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation, through the MANS Social Cooperative, took part in the Biofach fair in Nuremberg (Germany).
Focused on organic food, this fair is a global leader in the sector and stands out as a meeting point for stakeholders to share their passion for organic food. For one week, the fair brings together exhibitors and visitors for the sector with regional, national and international stakeholders.
Thanks to this environment, we took advantage to explain the MANS cooperative project, which aims to produce, process and market organic fruit and vegetables to create jobs and bring value to Catalan farmers. Moreover, we also got to show off some of the products we work with, including fruits, vegetables, dried fruit, ganxet white beans, chickpeas and lentils.
We were able to attend the fair thanks to the space provided by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
