Traditional Olive harvest at Sebes Nature Reserve - 26/11/2022

Together with Grup de Natura Freixe, we will harvest olives in a traditional way at Mas de Pitoia estate, in Sebes Nature Reserve (Flix). We will learn about the ecological agriculture project of this area, the importance of conserving centuries-old olive trees, their role in the landscape, biodiversity and Mediterranean habitat, as well as dry stone constructions associated with these crops.

For lunch, the organization will invite participants to a clotxa, a traditional meal from Ribera d'Ebre.
