Víctor Moreno

Víctor studied Physics at the Autonomous University of Madrid and then moved to Barcelona to study a Master's in Astrophysics, Particle Physics and Cosmology at the UB, collaborating in a study on how AGN is formed when galaxies collide. His doctorate was in the study of gamma-ray sources associated with neutron stars or black holes. He has always had a special interest in scientific outreach and teaching, so he carried out an astronomical outreach project in Latin America, travelling from Mexico to Bolivia with a van and a telescope. He has also been involved in numerous conferences and schools on high energy astrophysics and astrobiology. He is currently a high school science teacher.
