Postgraduate diploma in Water Technology from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Master’s in Nature Conservation and Management of Natural Resources from the IUSC (Barcelona). Master's in Flora and Fauna Management and Diversity from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Currently:

Coordinator of the CERM, Centre for Mediterranean River Studies, in association with the University of Vic - Central University of Catalonia, where he is also a professor, linked to the Ter Museum in Manlleu (based in Osona, with the goals of research, awareness and conservation of the river Ter and, by extension, other Mediterranean rivers)
