Located in the town of Bruc and within the Mountain of Montserrat Nature Park, this space occupies almost 7% of the nature park and is the main access point to the trails and rocky peaks in this lesser-known part of Montserrat, where the monoliths and vertical forms create a unique, awe-inspiring labyrinth.

How can I get there?
From Bruc, take the BP-1101 motorway towards Manresa, and just before the branch-off leading to the Monastery of Montserrat you will find Coll de Can Maçana and the entrance to the information point, car park and leisure area, the starting point for the walking excursions around the zone.
Montserrat-Coll de Can Maçana Information Point
The visitors’ information point here provides access to all the routes in this region with all the information needed to enjoy them to the utmost and discover the spots that the general public is less aware of, such as the Battles of Bruc Historical Spaces and Sant Pau Vell church.
Vehicles that use the car park in the information point (which can fit up to 100 vehicles) have to pay €6, which is wholly earmarked to the conservation expenses of the space; it is free to residents of nearby towns and offers discounts for affiliated organisations.
Tips for visiting
- Bring warm clothes, sun protection, sunglasses, a hat / cap, water, comfortable footwear and walking clothes.
- It is recommended you bring binoculars and guides for the observation of flora and fauna.
- Vehicles are not allowed off the roads and tracks.
- Wild camping is not allowed.
- Fire is forbidden.
- Take your rubbish away with you.
- Dogs must be on leashes.
- Climbers are reminded that climbing in the Park is regulated. You can find the rules at www.muntanyamontserrat.gencat.cat.
