  3. La Pedrera shares its heartbeat for Sant Jordi

La Pedrera showed off the heartbeat of the Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation on the patio of Casa Milà on Passeig de Gràcia.

Over 4,000 citizens paid a visit to Gaudí’s architectural masterpiece to listen to the Foundation’s heartbeat: people. Casa Milà opened its patio on Passeig de Gràcia to the general public to share the experience of Núria, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s; Kaur, a young student; Ignasi, a future scientist; and Elisabet, a flautist with a promising international career. In short, a real illustration of the people who make up the heartbeat of the Foundation.

All the visitors were given a bookmark, and they had the opportunity to take photos in a giant heart-shaped frame.
