Improving pastures for horses in the Garraf Natural Park - 01/12/2022

Maintaining open spaces thanks to pastures is one of the priority objectives in the management of Mediterranean natural areas to face major challenges such as biodiversity conservation and forest fires prevention.

We invite you to improve the pastures of the Miranda Foundation's horses in the Garraf Natural Park, through fodder regenerative sowing and waste removal.

Program:

09:30h               Meeting at the car park in front of the pastures of CAN GRAU area, Olivella

09:30-10h          Welcome and intrduction to the activity

10-12h               Environmental action. 

12-13.30h          Let's get to know the horses!

Miranda Foundation will offer us a guided tour among horses to learn about ethology, and the free horse project.

13.30h               End of the activity

13.30-14.30h     Picnic optional lunch.
