Do you want to discover how astronauts live in space? Come and experience the funniest chemistry and physics behind lunar life. The Lunar Experiments is a compilation of workshops for children and young people with a curiosity for science, designed on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the arrival on the Moon.

The experiments have been developed by a group of students from different generations and science programs of the Foundation and coordinated by Pol Gorrea, fellow and representative of the La Pedrera Ciència Fellows Committee. The experiments that are developed are easy to do and to reproduce at home.

The 13th edition of the Science Festival, organized by the Barcelona City Council, hosts the Lunar Experiments in one of its tents 'Lunar Base' at the Moll de la Fusta in Barcelona in order to bring science closer to the more familiar public more fun The children and young people who participate can take a small manual of each experiment with them to be able to repeat it at home, using the most everyday materials.
